1. Definitions

3.4 Single Account

Each individual may hold only one active qk222 Account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, qk222 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and confiscate any remaining balances.

4. Account Registration and Verification

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to the specific Terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, and do not apply to real-money deposits. qk222 reserves the right to specify eligible games and bet types for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Misuse

qk222 reserves the right to void bonuses, void any associated winnings, and close the relevant account if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has abused or attempted to abuse any promotion. Indicators of bonus misuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering in a manner designed solely to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or colluding with other Players in connection with any promotion.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds expire 30 calendar days after being credited to your account. Expired Bonus Funds will be automatically removed from your balance and cannot be reinstated.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets are placed at the Player's own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of any bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — are correct before confirming. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless qk222 has explicitly provided a cash-out or bet-editing feature for that market.

7.2 Palpable Errors

qk222 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a manifest or palpable error (for example, odds offered at a level that no reasonable person would consider genuine market odds). Where a palpable error is identified, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's balance.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game freeze, or platform outage during an active game session, qk222 will endeavour to restore game state to the last confirmed position. Where restoration is not possible, bets placed during the affected session may be voided and stakes refunded. qk222 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

7.4 RNG Certification

• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or identity fraud
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing qk222 staff or other Players

9. Responsible Gaming

qk222 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered Players at no cost, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and exclude yourself from the Platform with immediate effect.

qk222's total aggregate liability to any Player, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination and Account Closure

qk222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at any time and at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its Users; or receipt of a valid regulatory direction to do so.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC clearance.

13. Amendments to These Terms
